This policy explains what Call It Done collects when you use our AI phone-agent service, and how we use it.

1. What we collect

Your request: the phone number you ask us to call and the task details you provide.
Your contact info: the email and/or phone number you use to sign in, so we can reach you with the result.
Call content: audio, recordings, and transcripts of the calls we place on your behalf, and the outcome we report back to you.
Basic usage data: standard technical logs (timestamps, errors) needed to run and secure the service.
Approximate location: when you start typing a task, we may look up the general area (city-level) associated with your IP address via a geolocation service (ipapi.co), only to suggest a location for your task. The suggestion is editable, we don't request your device's precise GPS location, and this lookup shares only your IP address with that provider.

2. How we use it

To place your call and report back the result.
To keep a record of your tasks so you can see what happened.
To monitor quality, debug issues, and improve the agent.

3. Call recording

Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Where required, the agent discloses at the start of the call that it is an AI and that the call may be recorded.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to operate Call It Done — including telephony and AI/voice processing — who handle data on our behalf solely to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Retention

We keep call records and transcripts for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or de-identify them.

7. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you can stop using the service at any time. Contact us to make a request.
