This policy explains what Call It Done collects when you use our AI phone-agent service, and how we use it.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Where required, the agent discloses at the start of the call that it is an AI and that the call may be recorded.
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to operate Call It Done — including telephony and AI/voice processing — who handle data on our behalf solely to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep call records and transcripts for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or de-identify them.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you can stop using the service at any time. Contact us to make a request.
